Club Structure

Our player pathway from U7 to U16 is structured across three levels, ensuring each player receives the right level of challenge and support.

Elite: U14–U16
Top of our pathway and 11-a-side teams. One team per age group, designed for highly skilled players ready to compete.

Development: U7–U13
Playing in our invite-only teams. Our USP is that we have only two teams per age group, filtered by ability, to allow for a personalised and enhanced player development experience.

Training Only: U5-U6
For players at the start of our pathway or aiming to join our squads, training with experienced coaches to build the skills needed to progress.

As a club, we run two assessment periods each season - at Christmas and at the end of the season. During these periods, players may move between squads, and new players have the opportunity to join. If an age group is full, we will place your child on our waiting list and invite them to join once a space becomes available.

Signed Players

At Roehampton Elite, we pride ourselves not only on developing players for our own teams, but on helping them take the next step in their football journey. Over the years, a number of our players have been signed by or trialled with professional academies, demonstrating that our pathway opens real doors to higher levels of the game. Through our strong connections within the academy system, we are able to support and push forward players we believe are ready for academy football.
