Our player pathway from U7 to U16 is split into three levels to support every stage of development:

Elite Squads: For our top-performing players who compete in the Junior Premier League (JPL).

Development Squads: For developing players showing strong potential, playing competitive matches in the London Youth League (LYL).

Training Only: For players looking to join one of our squads or for those who wish to receive our high-quality coaching while playing matchdays elsewhere. Players joining this program will train within our Technical Centre for a term.

Signed Players

At Roehampton Elite, we take pride in not only developing players for our own teams, but also helping them take the next step in their football journey. Over the years, several of our players have been signed or trialed by professional academies, proving that our pathway opens real doors to higher levels of the game.
