Future Elites (5-7)
About
The Future Elites Programme is the entry point to the Roehampton pathway, designed for players aged 5–7 who want to develop their skills in a positive and structured environment.
At this stage, the focus is on strong foundations, confidence, and enjoyment of the game.
Programme Focus:
- Technical development
- Ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, and finishing
- Game understanding
- Small-sided games to build decision-making and teamwork
- Movement skills
- Agility, balance, and coordination
- Confidence & attitude
- Encouraging effort, discipline, and good habits
Training Schedule:
- Once per week
- Saturday or Sunday mornings
- Locations: Roehampton/Sheen, Barnes, Fulham, Putney
Pathway:
The programme provides a clear progression route into Roehampton Elite (U7–U16) for players who demonstrate the right ability, attitude, and commitment.
