Our invite-only Elite Teams, ranging from U10 to U16, sit at the very top of our player pathway. These squads compete in the Junior Premier League (JPL), one of the most reputable and competitive leagues in grassroots football, facing opposition from regional through to national competitions. Over time, they have built a strong reputation for technical skill, consistency, and effective player development. At the heart of our program is a commitment to helping every individual reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch. Players in our Elite Squads are carefully monitored through a structured training program, supported by detailed individual player reports. Using our extensive network within the professional game, we actively identify those ready to progress and provide tailored support and opportunities to help them take the next step. Our UEFA-qualified coaches deliver a structured coaching methodology, tracking performance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing end-of-term player reports to ensure every aspect of the child's development has been outlined. When joining the club, players aged U12 and below will initially be placed in the Development Squad for their first two sessions, after which a detailed report will be sent to parents outlining the squad placement decision. Players aged U13 to U16 will be assessed through a dedicated training session, and depending on squad size, may also be evaluated in a match day setting. To maintain the highest standards, all players and parents are expected to adhere to the club’s Elite Team code of conduct. This ensures that commitment, discipline, and professionalism remain central to the program, so standards are continually raised rather than dropped.
