Our Future Elites program is designed for children in Reception to Year 1, providing the perfect starting point for their football journey. With a strong emphasis on ball mastery and essential game concepts, sessions focus on developing core skills, building confidence, and nurturing creativity on the ball. At this stage, we prioritise fostering a genuine love for the game, ensuring every child enjoys their football while learning the foundations to succeed. From Year 1 onwards, we form one competitive matchday squad that represents Roehampton Elite in the U6 London Youth League. This provides players with an early opportunity to gain match-play experience.
