About
Roehampton Elite Competitive Program (U7–U16)
Our competitive teams are carefully selected based on ability, attitude, and commitment, ensuring a high-performance environment where players are consistently challenged and supported.
We train and compete at top-class facilities in South West London, creating a professional setting that mirrors academy standards. Our teams compete in respected leagues including the Junior Premier League (JPL), ENG League, London Youth League and Epsom and Ewell Youth League facing strong regional and national opposition on a weekly basis.
Player Development:
Player development sits at the heart of Roehampton Elite. Every player benefits from a structured, long-term development program designed to maximise individual potential.
All Competitive players:
- Train twice per week on a Tuesday & Wednesday in a high-intensity & structured environment
- Compete in regular, competitive league fixtures & Tournaments
- Receive player reports and performance reviews
- Benefit from structured coaching, ongoing assessment, and consistent feedback
- Our approach ensures players develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally within a professional and supportive framework.
Pathway & Representative Opportunities:
Roehampton Elite has a proven track record of player progression into professional academies, with players advancing into Category 1, 2, and 3 academy environments.
In addition, we manage and coach the Richmond Borough District Teams (Richmond Schools FA). High-performing players who attend a Richmond Borough school may be invited to represent the district, providing an additional competitive and representative pathway alongside their club development.
